1.Communicate with the client to confim the boxs dimensions, design, color, and other detalls, and request the client to provide design files such as Al, PDF, or other vector files.
2. Calculate the price and freight for the customer, send the quotation and invoice to the customer for confirmation, and arrange the design after confirming the order
3. After all designs are confirmed, arrange for the design department to create the die cutting template for the box.
4. Place the box's design file onto the die cutting template and proceed with printing.
5.After printing is completed, perform surface treatment such as matte/glossy/oil lamination.
6.After surface treatment, proceed with logo crafting processes such as qold foi, silver foi,embossing, debossing, spot Uv, Uv, sik-screen, laser, etc
7.Perform die cutting on rigid cardboard of 1000g, 1200g, 1500g, 1800g, and coated paper with the printed logo.
8.Adhere the printed coated paper to the rigid cardboard and assemble.
9.Finally, complete the box's production by assembling it into its final shape.
10.After production and packaging are completed, the customer pays the balance and arranges transportation to the customer
