Free samples available

We attach great importance to the needs of our customers and make their satisfaction our ultimate goal. In order to meet our customers' requirements, we provide fast sample making service, usually within 3-4 days, and free samples for quality checking. In addition, we are equipped with a team of professional designers who are able to provide customers with 3D renderings and free models for better presentation and confirmation of design effects.

Customization process

We can provide simple logo design customization services, and customers can also send us samples, and we can customize the box according to the samples

Our designer makes a 3D mockup of the box on the software for the customer to confirm.

Printing according to customer's design

After 3D mockup is confirmed, arrange printing, gold foil logo, cut paper and cardboard paper into the shape of the box

Exquisite design, selected materials

The base use a scraper to make the 157g coated paper fully adhere to the cardboard

The lid also use a scraper to make the 157g coated paper fully adhere to the cardboard

Cutting out black velvet

Glue the black velvet to the black foam

Cut out the velvet foam inserts you need to use

Put the velevt foam on the stamping press machine and shape it on the die cutting

The size and shape of the stamped velvet foam fits the box perfectly.

Finally, the box is assembled and the velvet foam is placed inside the box.
